Frank A. Stefansson, Jr.
CEO and Executive Vice President
Mr. Stefansson is Lyra's CEO, a position he has held since 2000. As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Lyra Research. Mr. Stefansson joined Lyra in 1994 as chief operating officer and was responsible for management of the company's sales, marketing, research, editorial, finance, and IT groups. Prior to joining Lyra, Mr. Stefansson worked for 10 years at BIS Strategic Decisions, where he served as vice president of marketing for the firm's conferences, publications, and trade shows. He also has provided consultation to numerous research firms in the areas of editorial, marketing, and conference management, including Blackstone Research and Decision Resources. Mr. Stefansson has more than 30 years of experience in IT industry market research and publishing.
