Note: As per the RBI guidelines, you will only be able to receive settlements for payments collected using the Lyra payment gateway to your linked bank account after completing the offline KYC verification successfully.

Requirement on Offline KYC: – For Sole Proprietor Company

S.No Common Documents for Sole Proprietor
1 Merchant Application Form –> Click on MERCHANT APPLICATION FORM – 2019
2 Cancel Cheque OR Bank Verification Letter
3 Company PAN Card and Proprietor PAN Card
4 Proprietor Aadhar Card
5 Government Issued Certificate (The Company name and address should match with the Application Form)
6 Company Address proof ** (In case the address on Govt Certificate is different)
7 Bank Statement – 3 Months

#All documents to be signed by the authorised signatory along with company seal. Address stamp is strictly not allowed.

** With all the above documents you are requested to download the Merchant Application Form fill the Form and share it with other documents requested above and courier to Lyra office Mumbai.
