Kindly share correct bank details along with a copy of canceled cheque on [email protected].
Login into Lyra Portal and follow the below address:
PayZen India Merchant Back Office >> Management >> Transactions >> Captured transactions.
Login into Lyra Portal and follow the below address:
PayZen India Merchant Back Office >> Management >> Transactions >> Transaction in progress
Share transaction details like Order ID, Date and Time of Transaction, Type of Transaction, Reference Number along with LCO code on [email protected] to check with Bank.
NOTE: Confirmation on the status of the transaction will not be done on bank holidays, we can provide the status only on next working day.
Any day when there is no bank holiday or 2nd & 4th Saturday’s or Sunday.
Lyra will settle Debit Card, Credit Card and UPI Transactions on “T+1 Working Day” and Net Banking transactions on “T+2 or T+3 Working Day”.
NOTE: Due to covid 19, Net Banking settlements may take up to T+4 working days as well.
Settlement will not be made on Public Holidays, 2nd & 4th Saturday’s and Sunday’s by Lyra.
